I oversaw updates and improvements to the firm’s website, focusing on layout, functionality, and mobile responsiveness. I ensured that listings, agent bios, and branding elements were always current and visually cohesive, and I maintained integrations for lead capture, analytics, and SEO.
Marketing Material Development
I designed and maintained a library of branded templates for flyers, postcards, listing presentations, signage, and social media assets. These materials allowed the team to move quickly while staying aligned with the firm’s brand identity. Each piece was tailored to reflect the firm’s high-end image and resonate with the local market.

The Brass Real Estate home page was designed to make a strong first impression with a clean layout and modern visuals. It featured a video montage of office buildings and projects, followed by highlights of core services with links to more information. Users could easily navigate to office listings and current projects, while featured developments were showcased through a project slideshow. The page closed with a newsletter signup and contact details to drive engagement and communication.
BUILDING PAGE
The Brass building page highlighted available office spaces with a main feature image, a building overview, and outreach details for leasing inquiries. Images showcasing available spaces and leasing documents were provided for easy access. Basic building information like total square footage, available units, and pricing was shown below the description. A slideshow showcased office interiors and amenities, and an interactive map allowed users to view the building location and surrounding area.
LISTINGS PAGE
The Brass Real Estate listings page was designed to organize both leasing opportunities and project showcases. Each listing included a photo, a brief description, an address, and a more info button that redirected users to a detailed page. A scroll feature allowed the listings to move while the rest of the page stayed fixed for easier browsing. An interactive map displayed project locations and helped users quickly find and highlight listings based on geography.
PROJECT PAGE
The Brass project page focused on showcasing individual properties with a large feature image, a project description, and links to external websites or documents. Key project information like purchase price, acreage, year acquired or any other information preferred was displayed clearly below the description. Users could browse additional project photos through a slideshow and view the exact project location with an embedded interactive map.
