Catalog Revamp
Led the annual product catalog revamp, collaborating with internal teams to update the layout, imagery, and design to ensure a modern and cohesive presentation. Focused on improving visual appeal, product descriptions, and overall user experience, which directly enhanced marketability and customer interest. This project resulted in a polished catalog that better reflected the brand’s premium status and attracted attention from both new and existing customers.
Ecommerce Management
Managed all aspects of the e-commerce platform, ensuring product listings were up-to-date and optimized for both user experience and SEO. Regularly coordinated with the design team to ensure the website reflected OW Lee’s high-end brand image and maintained consistency across all digital touchpoints. This included managing product imagery, descriptions, and pricing updates, as well as analyzing online sales data to drive strategy improvements for the website’s performance.
Social Media Management and Paid Advertising
Directed OW Lee’s social media presence, curating content that highlighted the company’s craftsmanship, seasonal promotions, and brand story. Managed day to day posting across platforms like Instagram and Facebook, ensuring engagement and follower growth. Additionally, developed and implemented paid advertising campaigns to target specific customer segments, generating high engagement and increasing DTC sales. Through a mix of organic and paid strategies, I elevated brand awareness.
Press Outreach
Led press outreach efforts to secure media coverage in key newsletters and industry publications. Developed relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers to increase OW Lee’s visibility within the outdoor living and luxury home markets. These efforts resulted in featured articles, product mentions, and increased exposure that amplified the brand’s presence in the media, driving more traffic to the website and supporting the overall marketing goals.
CATALOG DEVELOPMENT
General Layout
Led the redesign of OW Lee’s product catalog alongside the VP of Marketing, focusing on a modern and clean layout. We ensured consistent typography, spacing, and structure to create a seamless and user friendly experience for customers.
Content
Refined product descriptions to ensure clarity and highlight key features, emphasizing the luxury and craftsmanship of OW Lee’s products. We carefully selected content that supported the brand’s premium positioning and provided essential product details.
Managed the selection of a third-party printing vendor based on quality, delivery timelines, and budget. Coordinated all aspects of the print process to ensure the final product reflected the brand’s high standards and was distributed efficiently to key retailers and customers.
GRAPHIC DESIGN
REBRANDING
I worked closely with the VP of Marketing on a rebranding initiative aimed at modernizing OW Lee’s visual identity and market positioning. While the full project was never fully launched, we completed the preparatory work and implemented some changes, including an updated color palette, which was integrated into the company’s social media, print ads, and vendor materials such as banners, posters, and flags. While the logo remained unchanged, the new colors and updated styling helped give OW Lee’s marketing materials a fresher, more contemporary look. Additionally, we refined brand messaging to emphasize luxury, craftsmanship, and durability across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in how the brand was represented.
